That’s where Mutual Mentoring @ WRK comes in – a free, fun, and engaging approach to relationship-building and shared personal development. This programme enables Tech Leaders to build meaningful relationships outside of their organisations, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.
Understanding the demands of busy Engineering Leaders, we’ve designed a low-commitment but high-impact initiative. With just 30 minutes a week for four weeks, you can engage in valuable conversations, gain insights, and expand your network. And of course, if the connection feels right, there’s always an opportunity to continue beyond the structured period.
Mutual Mentoring @ WRK offers:

How It Works
Every two months, we launch a new WAVE of mutual mentoring. The process is simple:
- Sign Up – Join the upcoming WAVE by adding your name and returning your Mentoring @ WRK Profile card.
- Pair Up – You’ll be partnered with a fellow mentor to ensure a productive and meaningful match.
- Show Up – Connect with your mentoring partner in weekly 30-minute sessions.
- Share – Share your experience to help inspire others.
Why Mutual Mentoring?
Traditional mentorship typically involves one person seeking guidance from another with more experience or expertise. While this is valuable, mutual mentoring removes the hierarchy, allowing both participants to learn from each other. This two-way dynamic fosters an open and supportive environment where both mentors bring something to the table – which could be anything from technical expertise to leadership skills, or fresh perspectives.
