I’m Will… 33 years old, keen traveller and a sports lover – Rugby, Golf (work-in-progress) and Tennis.

I moved to China when I was 17 and after a year teaching English in Yangzhou, I returned to the UK and quickly fell into Tech Recruitment, 12 years later and I have built a network of exceptional people who I trust… people I have helped into new roles, clients I have supported and colleagues I’ve worked alongside.

The last 9 years have been focussed on leading teams, building businesses, and creating value… I am enormously proud of the work we have done and excited to bring all this experience into building WRK digital. I lived and worked in London for 6 years, then relocated to Leeds, and love working with clients across the UK, hopefully brining an honest, consultative and valuable perspective to the table.

I founded WRK digital with the vision of becoming the most valued technology recruitment partner in the UK. A company people are proud to work for, an organisation that cares and a brand that is recognised as a market leader. 

I believe we can build a company trusted by clients to represent their brands and secure the best talent for their organisations… a company that is fun to work with, informed and pragmatic, with a genuine “we do the right thing” attitude.

Outside of work, I love keeping fit and have recently taken home our new mascot, a black lab called Bertie… he is already a permanent fixture in the office.
