I’m Philip, a dad of three amazing kids and my passions at work are all things Deep Tech – AI, Data, Web3, Automation. My kids and partner and the most important things to me. Outside of family and work, my passions are music festivals and concerts, travelling, cooking, voluntary work, the countryside, golf and coffee. I always wanted to be a chef but never fancied the unsociable hours and weekend work. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel all over the world which has been amazing.
Hugely passionate about Socially Responsible Recruitment and DEI, solving hiring problems for awesome companies and advancing the careers of amazing people is what I do. A Recruiter, Startup Advisor, Investor and Business Consultant, I work in AI, Data, Automation and Web3 with global clients. I love working with international clients and have done this for a long time. My aim is to significantly raise standards in the recruitment industry and create the best possible experience for clients and candidates.
