Hi! I’m Katie… Client Engagement Director at WRK digital.  I’ve got 16 years recruitment experience and I absolutely love my job! I can’t wait to get to work as every day is so different!  The team I work with are not only lots of fun but amazing at what they do!  My role is all about supporting our clients and solving their talent problems.  I enjoy meeting new people to support them on either side of the career fence.  I love nothing more than being given a role that other recruiters have failed to deliver on…. the harder the challenge the better, where others have failed I can’t wait to roll my sleeves up and solve the problem!

I have a deep passion for building long lasting relationships and many of the clients I work with today are clients I worked with right at the beginning of my career! I’d call them friends more than clients now!

At WRK the roles I mainly work on are within Change & Transformation.  This can be from a Business Analyst and Project Manager through to a complex SAP S4 Hana Transformation requiring specialist skills such as Data Functional Consultants and O2C Business Process Experts.  The complexity of S4 Hana implementations is something I really enjoy!

Alongside working fulltime I’ve got two boisterous boys aged 7 & 8!  They are incredibly sporty… I’m often seen beside the football pitch, tennis court, cricket field, swimming pool & rugby pitch!!  We have created an amazing place at WRK digital which means I can truly be the best mum I can be along with being the best recruiter I can be! This brings me great joy and something I’m very proud of!  It’s a special place to be!
