Hi, I’m Gareth! A dad, husband, and military veteran who loves travel, coffee, and just quality family time!

My background in the military was in telecommunications and navigation systems supporting a variety of platforms from aircraft to drones – I have a fascination with tech, learning how things work, and understanding the next generation of technology…

I have traveled a lot – visiting nearly every continent; however the Americas and the northern Fjords are a real interest and as a family, we are normally heading off the beaten track away from tourism!!

My journey into recruitment was a chance encounter having left the military. The following 10 years I’ve worked for both global recruitment firms, to smaller startup businesses and experienced most of the challenges faced by clients and candidates in our sphere.

I have supported local, national, and global businesses to grow, retain, and develop in a number of sectors including –Advanced Technology, Manufacturing, Electric Vehicles, Higher Education, and the Financial sector.

With a strong focus on delivery and account management, I particularly enjoy supporting the niche, hard-to-fill roles often neglected by other recruiters.

Over the last 5 years, I have supported clients on a number of Senior appointments within Cloud, Architecture, Data,  Infrastructure, and Flight software.
