Hello, my name is Joe, and I’ve worked in the Tech recruitment market across Yorkshire for the past 4.5 years.

I work in a role that allows me to help extremely talented technologists secure their dream roles while building long-term relationships along the way, and that gives me a real sense of job satisfaction. Supporting people through career-defining moves and partnering with innovative businesses is what I enjoy most about what I do!

As of February 2026, I joined WRK digital as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specialising in the software engineering space, a market I’ve worked in previously and absolutely love. I’m passionate about partnering with clients who are doing ground breaking work and connecting them with the talent that helps drive their success.

Working with Will, James and Katie was a huge draw for me because of the energy and passion they bring to their roles; they’re exceptional at what they do. The tech market is a close-knit community, so consistently hearing clients speak highly of WRK digital made my decision to join the WRK family an easy one.

Outside of recruitment, you’ll usually find me on the golf course (playing consistently subpar golf), in the gym, or planning my next trip abroad… preferably somewhere hot!
